About the Harmon Family
The Harmon family here refers to the family of Ernest Nason Harmon (1894-1979). General Harmon was the President of Norwich University from 1950 to 1965 and had an illustrious military career spanning 32 year. The family consists of Ernest Harmon, his wife Leona Tuxbury (1897-1985) and their children Halsey W., Robert S., Ernest N., Jr., Barbara and Jeanne.
