About James Vance Galloway
Major General James V. Galloway (1919-1986) was born in North Carolina on 10 August 1919 and died 18 April 1986 in Maryland. He served as vice-president of administration at Norwich University from 1978 to his retirement in 1985. General Galloway served with the U.S. Army for thirty-five years. He studied at Ohio University, the Army War College, George Washington University and Harvard University. James Galloway was married to Eve Graham and the couple had four children.
